Hi, I'm Hazel. I've been helping people to move better for over 10 years.  I use a variety of movement techniques and hands on skills to help you to move with more freedom in the world.


I completed my degree in Exercise and Sports Science in 2003. In 2009 I became very interested in how to help individuals change and studied Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology. In 2015 I finished my Anatomy Trains Structural Integration studies with the insightful Tom Myers. In 2017 I became a MovNat level 1 certified trainer. Most recently I completed my Restorative Exercise Certification with Katy Bowman from Nutritious Movement.

I work with you to help you recover, improve and feel better in your body: to reach new experiences in movement with more confidence and less pain. I combine my skills to give you the help you need.

I am currently working in Christchurch, New Zealand.
