Ever had a sore back? It’s one of the most common forms of persisting and annoying pain and there have been some very exciting research done over the past few years. This research shows that understanding your pain, reducing safety behaviours (like bracing your body and hold your breath) and making sure you are sleeping, eating and exercising can all make a big difference.

Most of us in western culture have very stiff and weak hips and our calf muscles are so tight that they are overloading our backs. Come and learn how to think, move and live differently so your back feels new.

BODY BASICS: Pelvic Health and Pressure

The pelvis contains lots of essential bits, our hips are under moved and we have excess pressure in the abdomen (too much visceral fat, or we are bracing our abs all the time).

The pelvic floor is best moved by a variety of loads (which requires a variety of movements, NOT JUST A KEGAL.
